The sun sets only once a year here, so it's something to be enjoyed. Sunset itself takes a few days, and the twilight lasts for a few weeks afterwards. As the atmosphere changes, it bends the light from the sun different amounts. As a result we actually saw the sun come up and down a few times during the days of sunset.
